When It All Falls Apart... and That’s Exactly What You Need

I had a journey with plant medicine recently.

My entire reality was ripped apart during that experience.

At the time, I didn't understand the significance... until recently.

That is literally what’s happening in my physical reality in a way.

Everything I’ve held on to

• - identities

• - ways of being

• - ego attachments

• - ways I felt business had to come to me

• - how I wanted to be successful

• - how I wanted to be perceived (control)

And much more...

It’s literally being dismantled.

I’m being stripped of all the things I “held” onto.

To being bare naked.

Restarting.

Fresh.

Blank slate.

Things don’t carry the same weight and meanings as they used to.

I’m able to receive with more grace and ease.

I can feel my own energy and power more clearly.

I’m able to allow thoughts and desires (and needs) of wanting to be acknowledged as a leader/transformational coach/etc - releasing down to the purest essence of “I’m here for what is needed and in the highest and best good and expression.

I’ve stepped into a new BOOK in my life. As I (slowly) shut the chapter on the old versions and identities of myself.

And I welcome in this new version of me with humble gratitude.
